RISK FREE SHOPPING: HOW TO RETURN GOODS?

In accordance with the Consumer protection act in the Republic of Slovenia (ZVPot) you, as the buyer, need to notify us within 14 days that you wish to withdraw from the contract. If you have already received the goods, you must return the received items within 30 days of notification of withdrawal from the contract. You must return the products undamaged, in the same quantity and in the original packaging. The message of contract withdrawal is considered on time if the package is shipped within this time frame.  The only direct expense tied to contract withdrawal is that of which the consumer incurs when he covers the costs of returning the goods (shipping them back). The buyer will be refunded the purchase price on his transaction account within 15 days at latest, or will be able to exchange the item under the same terms and conditions. Unfortunately, the possibility of return does not apply in the event if the original packaging or security seal has been removed.

DISPUTES

The buyer is eligible for a dispute in the event of purchased goods not having the characteristics explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller shipped the wrong items, in wrong quantity, colour or items that otherwise deviate from the buyer’s order (factual error – Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act). In the event of a dispute, the buyer may, in accordance with legal restrictions, request a replacement of the product or issue a refund. The buyer can return the item mentioned in the dispute by use of postal services, considering a prior agreement with the seller has been made. Shipping costs are always covered by the sender, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We do not cover any costs associated with the return of the package.

Returning damaged shipments

In the event that the package is physically damaged, has missing contents or shows signs of opening, the buyer must initiate a dispute procedure with the delivery service that carried out the delivery. To do this, bring the package to the nearest post office or distributor’s unit in the same condition as you received it and fill in the dispute form. Together with the distributor in question, we will make sure that disputes are resolved as soon as possible.
